Introduction: Ovarian dermoid cysts are congenital developmental abnormalities, a dominant somatic cell layer. Dermoid cysts are formed more than the epidermis and skin attachments and are located in abnormal places. In this study, a female was introduced with a dermal ovarian cyst containing three adult teeth. The patient has referred to the Sabzevar Vasei Hospital.
Case Report: A 35-year-old woman with nausea, suprapubic pain, abnormal vaginal bleeding refered to Vasaie Hospital Sabzevar, according to ultrasound and Diagnosis of left ovarian dermoid cyst, Laparoscopy was performed and the cyst was removed. The removed cysts contained mucous fluid, fatty substances, hair, and three teeth in particular. On abdominal examination, reported pain and tenderness in the left quadrant. Other clinical and rectal examinations was normal and at the cytology tests, the level of plasma hemoglobin and hematocrit was decreased.
Conclusion: According to the reported case, the cysts should be examined for genetic material, or stem cells.

Bakground: The Female sexual dysfunction can be caused by a range of different factors. The aim of the present study is to assess the prevalence of female sexual dysfunction and its association with related psychological factors. Matrials & methods: This is a descriptive-analytical research on 322 women in Sabzevar during 2015 year. The Sampeling was Stratified random .The instrument which has been used in research is Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI), Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS). The descriptive statistics and regression was analyzed by STATA 12 Software. Results: Most of the Subjects were between 20 to 30 years old. (186= N (.The mean and Standard deviation of the Subjects were respectively M (29.64), SD (6.60) .The prevalence of sexual dysfunction was %40, So that the highest and lowest prevalence was in subscales of sexual desire (46/73) and dissatisfaction (8/18), respectively.The prevalence of depression, Anxiety and Stress was (48/9), (60/63) and (54/66), respectively. Statistical analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between Sexual function with variable stress with adjusted odds ratios (01/2) and confidence interval (18/3-04/1) and depression variable in different sub- groups with adjusted odds ratio higher than two. Conclusion : Anxiety and depression can effect on female sexual dysfunction. Therefore in treatment of sexual dysfunction is better to pay more attention to these variables. .

Objective: Entonox which is a common agent for relieving labor pain, is often used intermittently. While, this seems that continuous method has more painless effects and is easier to use. As some challenging debates exist about fetal complications of continuous method, we decided to compare the neonatal effects of Entonoxin in two methods.
Methods: This quasi experimental study was carried out on 100 women admitted for vaginal delivery in Mobini Hospital, Sabzevar, Iran,2013. Participants were divited into two equal groups. Then, labor progression and fetal conditions were registered and compared in these two groups. Statistical Analysis was performed by spss17 software, t-test and chi square test.p

Background and Purpose: Pregnancy in the rudimentary horn is a rare but serious phenomenon in obstetrics، and is associated with the rupture of uterus and maternal mortality. In the present report، we present a rudimentary horn pregnancy in the15th week of gestation.
The Patient: A multiparous 33-year-old woman in the 15th week of gestation with severe abdominal pain underwent an emergency laparotomy. A ruptured rudimentary horn in was observed in operation and fetus was within the intact sac in peritoneum cavity. The fetus and placenta were extracted and the right tube and the rudimentary horn were removed. The patient was discharged from hospital with no particular complication after 3 days.
Conclusion: Rudimentary horn pregnancy is rare but it must be considered because of its severe complications.
